In Why We’re Friends, hosts Tamisha Tyler and Alexander Richard show us what it means to be friends with someone different from you. Together, the dynamic duo take on both fun and challenging topics from current events and pop culture, revealing how much we have to learn from and with each other.

Tamisha Tyler, M.Div. (she/her) is the co-executive director of Arts, Religion, Culture (ARC) and a PhD candidate studying Theology, Culture and Ethics. A dynamic speaker and facilitator, she hosts workshops and discussion around diversity, community and art. She also works with several arts organizations and projects including Level Ground, New Story Festival, and serves as faculty at Grunewald Guild. When not working, she enjoys good food and good friends, karaoke, travel, and hanging with Ashley; an adorable yorkie-poo.
