ART@6FT

ART@6FT is a socially-distanced, pop-up art exhibition developed by Level Ground Collective artists Kevin Hallagan and Leslie Foster. For this project, Collective artists were invited to observe physical distancing guidelines and use them as an element of their work, exploring both the limitations and new opportunities provided by the circumstances in which we all find ourselves.

There were two iterations of this project. The first happened at vacant locations across Los Angeles on March 22, 2020 and included performances by: Katie Shanks, Rebekah Neel, Coffee Kang, Centrifuge Arts, and Keva Walker.

The second happened on September 5, 2020 via Instagram Live as part of Maiden LA. Participating artists included: Tali Halpern, Ricardo Tomasz, Rich Johnson, Simone Tetrault, Rebekah Neel, Kateri Lirio, Meredith Adelaide, and Cedric Tai.
