Nanay's Sari-Sari Love Market

In February we were invited to curate and participate in Nanay's Sari-Sari Love Market hosted by the Robinson S.P.A.C.E., Table Los Angeles, Polo's Pantry and Lens Co. Collective artists Leslie Foster, Langston Alimayu and Jireh Deng kindly offered their artwork and we had a table to sell SKEW Magazines!

Nanay's Sari-Sari is a community market by Polo's pantry and TABLE with Lens co. at The Robinson S.P.A.C.E. Courtesy of Polo's Pantry and The Robinson S.P.A.C.E.'s mission, Nanay's Sari-Sari is fee-less for vendors. They prioritize BIPOC, Queer, Youth, and unhoused vendors to help generate wealth building, free of charge. They also reserve up to 3 spots for unhoused vendors and as much as they can incorprate LA's street vendors. While also intentionally centering Ilokano Farms, a filipino farming cooperative.

We had so much fun participating in February’s Love Market and want to especially thank our collaborators. To learn more about our partner orgs please check out
